With over 11 years of experience in field engineering, technical advising, and sales, Chris brings extensive expertise across drilling, frac, and wireline operations. Before co-founding Longbow, he held key roles at iTec Well Solutions and Superior Energy Services, where he honed his technical and operational insight. A 12-year U.S. Army veteran and former AH-64D Apache aviator, Chris applies the same precision and discipline from his military career to driving innovation and reliability in completion solutions.

An 11-year U.S. Army veteran and former AH-64D/E Apache aviator, Shawn applies his leadership and engineering discipline to advancing Longbow’s product development and operational excellence.

He holds more than 15 U.S. patents and has held key engineering roles with AlbPetrol, Polar Precision Drilling, Smith International, and Superior Energy Services. A licensed Professional Engineer since 2003, Piro is recognized for his leadership in developing high-performance, field-proven completion technologies.
