Chris Crews is a co-founder of Longbow Completion Services and leads the company's sales, engineering, and field operations. With more than a decade of experience in completion engineering, hydraulic fracturing, wireline operations, and technical sales, he has played a key role in developing innovative downhole technologies that improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. Prior to founding Longbow, Chris held engineering, technical advisory, and sales leadership positions with iTec Well Solutions and Superior Energy Services. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside operators to solve complex completion challenges, develop new products, and transition innovative technologies from engineering concepts to successful field applications. His combination of engineering expertise and hands-on operational experience has been instrumental in shaping Longbow's product development and customer-driven approach to innovation. Chris is a 12-year U.S. Army veteran and former AH-64D Apache aviator. The leadership, technical discipline, and mission-focused mindset developed during his military service continue to influence his approach to engineering, product development, and delivering dependable completion solutions to customers across North America.

Shawn Witt is a co-founder of Longbow Completion Services and Gravity Manufacturing, where he leads product development, engineering, manufacturing innovation, and technology strategy. With more than a decade of experience spanning mechanical design, advanced manufacturing, software development, and operational leadership, he has built multiple companies around developing innovative solutions for the oil and gas industry. A named inventor on multiple patents, Shawn has led the development of numerous downhole technologies while also overseeing the creation of proprietary manufacturing, engineering, and business management systems that integrate design, production, quality, and operations. His passion for automation and continuous improvement has enabled Longbow to rapidly develop new products while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and execution. Prior to founding Longbow, Shawn served 11 years in the U.S. Army as an AH-64D/E Apache aviator. The discipline, leadership, and mission-focused mindset developed during his military service continue to influence his approach to engineering, product development, and building high-performing teams.

Piro Shkurti is a co-founder of Longbow Completion Services and serves as the company's lead engineering authority. With more than 36 years of mechanical engineering experience in the oil and gas industry, he has built a distinguished career developing innovative completion technologies that have been successfully deployed throughout North America and internationally. A licensed Professional Engineer since 2003 and the inventor on numerous U.S. patents, Piro has led the design and development of a wide range of downhole tools focused on improving reliability, efficiency, and performance. Prior to co-founding Longbow, he held senior engineering positions with AlbPetrol, Polar Precision Drilling, Smith International, and Superior Energy Services, where he played a key role in advancing industry-leading completion products. Piro's extensive technical expertise, innovative mindset, and commitment to engineering excellence continue to drive Longbow's product development efforts, ensuring every technology is engineered for performance, manufacturability, and long-term reliability in the field.

Jason serves as Chief Financial Officer of Longbow Completion Services, where he oversees the company's financial strategy, accounting, treasury, budgeting, and corporate governance. He plays a key role in supporting Longbow's continued growth by strengthening financial controls, improving operational reporting, and ensuring the organization is positioned for long-term scalability. Working closely with the executive leadership team, Jason leads financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, banking relationships, and strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, capital planning, and investor relations. He has also been instrumental in enhancing Longbow's financial infrastructure, developing reporting systems, and preparing the company for continued expansion and future investment opportunities. With a disciplined, data-driven approach to financial management, Jason partners across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to provide the insights needed to make informed business decisions while maintaining a strong focus on accountability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
